Storyline: Predator: Killer of Killers begins on the Predators' home planet. A very old and wise Predator sees a big problem. A new group of young Predators is breaking their most important rules. They are killing for fun, not for honor.

Therefore, the elders choose their best hunter, a champion called "The Killer of Killers." His mission is very clear: he must find and stop these dishonorable hunters. First, he travels to many different planets. He follows the trail of the rogue Predators.

Meanwhile, on Earth, a skilled biologist named Dr. Lena Reed is studying strange animal deaths. She soon realizes the patterns match Predator attacks. However, these killings are much more brutal than before.

Consequently, she teams up with a former soldier who survived a Predator attack years ago. Together, they discover that the rogue Predators are building a dangerous new weapon. Furthermore, they plan to use it to take over the homeworld.

Suddenly, the honorable Predator arrives on Earth. At first, the humans are scared. But then, they realize he is there to help them. So, they form a very unlikely team.

In the final battle, they attack the rogue Predators' base. The hero Predator fights their leader while the humans destroy the weapon. In the end, honor is restored. The hero Predator leaves Earth, but now the humans know they have an unexpected ally in the universe.
