Storyline: Deadpool 2 starts with our hero, Wade Wilson. He is now a famous mercenary. He is happy with his girlfriend, Vanessa. But then, a terrible tragedy happens. Vanessa is killed by a bad guy. As a result, Wade is heartbroken. He feels he has nothing left to live for. First, he tries to get himself killed in prison. Then, the big metal X-Man, Colossus, shows up. He offers Wade a chance to be a real hero. So, Wade joins the X-Men as a trainee.

Meanwhile, a powerful young mutant named Russell is in trouble. He is very angry and can shoot fire from his hands. A soldier from the future, named Cable, arrives. Cable wants to kill Russell. He says the boy will do a terrible thing when he grows up. Therefore, Wade decides to protect the boy. He forms a team called X-Force to help. However, their first mission goes very badly. After that, Wade and a few friends must protect Russell alone. They go to the prison where Russell is kept. A big fight happens there. Eventually, Wade learns why Cable is so angry. Russell will kill Cable's family in the future. Wade understands this pain because of Vanessa. So, he decides to help Russell become a better person instead of a villain. In the end, Wade sacrifices himself to save the boy. But then, he uses Cable's time travel device to fix everything. He even goes back in time to save Vanessa. Finally, he gets his happy ending and a proper superhero family.
