Storyline: Star Wars: The Last Jedi begins right where the previous movie ended. First, the evil First Order chases the last Resistance ships. The heroes are running out of fuel and hope.

Meanwhile, Rey finds the legendary Luke Skywalker on a remote island. However, Luke feels like a failure and wants the Jedi Order to end. At the same time, Rey discovers a strange mental connection with Kylo Ren. Surprisingly, she senses great conflict in him.

Elsewhere, Finn and a new hero, Rose, embark on a secret mission. They need to find a codebreaker to disable the First Order's tracker. Unfortunately, their plan fails, and the enemy captures them.

Consequently, the First Order corners the Resistance on the mineral planet Crait. Next, Kylo Ren makes a shocking choice; he kills his master, Snoke, and takes control of the First Order. He then asks Rey to rule the galaxy with him, but she refuses, believing in his good side.

Finally, Luke Skywalker performs one last, incredible act. He uses the Force to project his image across the galaxy and confront Kylo Ren. This heroic distraction allows the last Resistance members to escape in the Millennium Falcon.
